National Civil Service Commission training is delivered by experienced trade unionists, occupational safety and health specialists and labour law practitioners drawn from across the Somali labour movement and our international partners.

Our facilitators are union officers, safety representatives and organisers who have done the work they teach.
Grounded in Somali law
Courses are built around the Somali Labour Code and the international standards Somalia has ratified, not generic material.
Practical and participatory
Training uses real workplace scenarios, role-play and group work rather than lectures, so skills transfer to the workplace.
