Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are personal — course access and certificates may not be shared or transferred.
Course and workshop participation
Enrolment in online courses is open to registered learners. Physical training, workshops and seminars may have limited places, registration deadlines and attendance requirements. NCSC may reschedule or cancel a session and will notify registered participants where this happens.
Certificates
Certificates are issued on genuine completion of the stated requirements, which may include finishing all lessons and passing an assessment. NCSC may revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation or academic dishonesty; revoked certificates are reported as invalid on the public verification page.
Use of materials
Course videos, manuals, guidelines and research published here remain the property of NCSC or its partners. You may download and use them for your own learning and for union education purposes, with attribution. Commercial redistribution requires written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, access other learners' accounts, or upload unlawful or abusive content. NCSC may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
